How many people can attend a meeting?
We have used IMS|TrackMeet™ with as few as five and as many as several
hundred participants. We find that the ideal collaborative meeting has about 20 participants or less.

What do I need to provide to prepare a conference room for your meeting?
IMS|TrackMeet™ is fully self-contained. We provide all of the technology, computers and cords. We arrange together the meeting place, time and incidentals.
I have a division on the East Coast that will need to have a meeting just like my West Coast team. Do I have to fly them out here to have a meeting?
IMS|TrackMeet™ is completely portable, so we can take our
service directly to your team in a direct forum, create a distributed meeting, or a combination of both .
