Distribution Methods IMS will distribute the IMS|TrackMeet™ service through four inter-branded packages.   IMS' mobile meeting package supporting face-to-face meetings in the client's office or in locations other than IMS|Studio. IMS|Direct meetings are facilitated by IMS professionals using IMS|TrackMeet™ technology. Meetings are usually limited to 15 participants, but can be larger if needed.   Web-based virtual meetings using IMS|TrackMeet™ technology for up to 500 simultaneous participants. IMS|Online meetings can also be conducted "asynchronously" (i.e. different place, different times). Online meetings can be facilitated by IMS or by the client.   IMS|Relay is our sub-contracted service offered to pre-qualified partners who work with IMS through a revenue-sharing agreement. Partners could include other consulting firms, meeting planning companies, audiovisual service providers, and hotels/conference centers.   For preferred clients who contract for high-volume service packages with IMS, IMS|Stadium is a private-label managed services program that fully supports in-house meeting enhancement and support initiatives. IMS professionals are co-located at the client worksite on a full or part-time basis to provide meeting design, facilitation, and technical support.
